This is a quality American made power supply. The HP 6034A. Capable of 60V/10A up to 200W(note- that means it can only do about 3.5A at 60V, but it can do 10A at 20V) It's getting harder and harder these days to find supplies made with this sort of quality. I have tested this device carefully and found no problems with it. Note the photos I have of it under full load. It handled those loads happily for long periods of time. CC and CV functionality work well. I have not tested the GPIB functionality of this device. If this is important to you please let me know and I can look into it- I am more of an analog guy so I will have to do a bit of learning. Either way. I warranty this device for the first 15 days of ownership(and that includes GPIB functionality) Front panel has been calibrated and is spot on.
