Vintage quilt was received as a wedding gift in 1973. Hand stitching on the back side but blocks appear to have been machine sewn together. Blocks are approximately 5" x 5" squares and made of assorted polyester multi-color materials(back in the 70's. Polyester was king! Quilt back is a cotton fabric. Quilt measures approximately 103" x 86" Good condition; no tears. Holes or rips. There are a couple of slight stains and I do not know what the stains are from since it has been years that I unfolded this quilt. I have not tried or have ever laundered this quilt. Quilt was gently used as a bedspread for a year or two after receipt then stored in a smoke free. Pet free home closet now for 40 years.
