I am selling a lot of Dr. Pepper signs(12 qty) The 13 1/2" x 23" 60-70's era metal Dr. Pepper sign standing in the back of the main photo is vintage. I've seen it listed for sale from $75-$150. All other signs are reproductions. I do know the origin& price of the 15" tall bottle/thermometer. It was purchased from the 2002/2003 Dr Pepper Museum catalog for $29.95. Dr. Pepper was one of my Dad's favorite things& these signs hung on the walls of his garage for many years. He enjoyed them. They were not kept sealed in original wrap or were kept in airtight containers. Some of the pieces are 1 owner. Some were found in flea markets&or antique stores. They have been subject to sunlight, smoke and dust. There are imperfections. I would say the signs are overall in good condition for their age- not excellent ... moreor mint. The fittings, reel seat and ring to the butt section are in alloy, the butt cap has two splits to it, possibly from salt water corrosion, but is still sturdy and well attached. It has"lockfast" joints, which are a good snug fit, all of the rings are present and well attached, the top and bottom ring are agate lined, the bottom ring to the middle section has been re-whipped ... moreat some point, the rest of the burgundy whipping is in good order. The varnish has two or three small surface blemishes around the writing and also has some discolouration around the rings. The top section of the rod has a slight"set" or kink to the right. It's my pleasure to offer at auction a Nice 1939-1948 HEDDON#850"JIM HEDDON" 4-1/2 FT. ONE-PIECE SPLIT BAMBOO BAIT CASTING ROD WITH DETACHABLE HANDLE& ORIGINAL LEATHERETTE CASE AND TUBE. The No.850 was first introduced by James Heddon's Sons in their 1933 catalog. It would sell basically unchanged, as Heddon's most popular one-piece casting rod, through 1952. Because this example carries the Neo Classic Era rodshaft markings, we know it was built from 1939 to 1948. I've added a photo of the original listing from Heddon's 1941 catalog. Heddon's Cleo Hanley has handwritten"Heddon" diagonally along three flats, as well as"850- 4-1/2' M" along another flat in straightline. The"M" stands for Medium action. Built with beautiful quality"brown-tone" Tonkin cane and ... morecomes equipped with detachable handle, chromed guides, agate tip top, nickel-silver ferrule, screw-locking"Hold-Tite" reel seat, solid cork tournament grip& foregrip and wound in maroon silk. Rod is in solid Very Good+ condition, showing moderate+ wear that is confined mainly to the handle. Bamboo is perfect, with no splits, cracks or delamination whatsoever. Tip section is the correct length and is arrow-straight. Rodshaft markings are pristine. Original varnish remains in pretty nice condition. All wraps are solid and complete. All guides, tip top and ferrule are excellent. Reel seat adjusts perfectly. The black plastic spacer shows wear and a few chips and the reel seat hardware shows light brassing, otherwise the rod would grade much higher. Cork shows some ridging, but is solid and totally complete. The rod has seen it's share of use, but still displays nicely. Put up in the original leatherette holder with tube. It too shows continued use, but remains in Very Good to Fine condition, with no holes or tears. The internal tube is also arrow-straight. Holder still carries the original Heddon inspection tag, proclaiming it to be a"Genuine Heddon Rod"

We continue offering items from a consignment that have been in a Southwestern New Hampshire family for years. As we have now discovered back into the first half of the 19th century. My consignor explains; To the best of my knowledge my family were primarily farmers in Dublin, NH. There were several generations living on the farms at the same time. Farm income was supplemented by various means. Hiriam Carey was the Dublin carriage driver for Mark Twain and my Grandmother was a seamstress who also made costumes for the likes of Amelia Earhart and Joseph Linden Smith during their stays in Dublin. Though there may not have been a lot of money to purchase luxuries' or non essential items sometimes the family was given small things for either payment or in appreciation. Here we have a flat 1 piece metal button approx. 23mm in diameter displaying the state seal and Massachusetts on ribbon on a lined field. Backmark reads RICH QUALITY LONDON with an inner circle containing 8 stars. This button is in good condition with nice detail and very little wear. There are two short but noticeable scratches. One runs across the outer rim into the ribbon to the"C. The other starts just after the"C" on the ribbon and just through the inner edge of the ribbon. As always. 5 Five Piece Spoon Set Of Silver From Germany 13 1/4 Loth Pre-1889
These spoons are marked G.A. 13 1/4 L. There are 16 loth in one ounce. The large spoon in 9 1/2 inches long. The smaller spoons are 5 1/2 inches long. All together. The weight is 88 grams. In Germany, they stopped weighing in loth in 1888. The spoons are in very good condition, but need polishing and are dated 7-11-89. The large spoon is monogrammed on back. These are reverse twist, are done by the same maker, and are marked the same, but the large spoon is a different pattern on top. These are approximately 83% silver. Posted with

This is an original EMPTY Peters High Velocity Extra Length one piece shot shell box for 20 gauge. 4 shot. Produced by Peters Cartridge Division of Remington Arms in Bridgeport, Connecticut. I have taken photographs of all sides of the box. The condition of the box is very good. Scuffing. Edge and light corner bulges. Corner dents. The colors are true, not faded. Box displays very well. I have removed the full contents from the box and they are not part of this auction in any way. They will be disposed in the proper manner upon sale of the box. Box is shrinkwrapped for protection.
