It works perfectly, and has a digital readout with a touch screen. This has a pass-through tube that is 2-7/8" ID. A larger tube can be used if desired. Nice condition. When it detects metal it turns on a pneumatic solenoid for removal of contamination. Also included is a complete second control head. And a second tube on a stainless arm. The second unit is missing the actual detector coil. I have powered up the control head, and it powers up correctly. I have not tested it further. APS L-1417 Autovend Packaging Systems Shrink Wrap Sealer
This auction is for a used APS heat sealer as stated above there is a crack in the composite rail where the 90 degree angle meet making it possible that the sealer wire may become dislodged and have to be manually reinserted from time to time. I have replaced the Teflon heat resistant tape with a very high quality material which should last many times longer than the original product. We seal many thousands of movies each year with these machines. I have researched and installed this product on all of our machines and it is very reliable. This machine has a variable time delay to ensure the perfect seal regardless of material mill thickness.
