This auction is for a very nice Full Matrix LED Traffic Sign made by National Signal Corp. It is called a National CalTrans model 14134. I think it was a special order from Cal Trans. The sign was first used by Cal Trans in California. Since 2007. I used it as an advertising sign. I advertised things like 2 for 1 specials at Subway sandwich. Car Dealer Sales, Carnivals, Restaurants, etc. I am g etting ready to retire and that is the reason I am selling it. The sign has been well maintained by me. I work in electronics and maintained it myself. All the pixels work. And computer functions work too. This sign is not at all like the typical rusted. Non working junk you usually see on Ebay. This is a fully working sign ready to work for you. This is the largest full matrix sign made with 5 lines of text and several sized fonts. New batteries were ... morelast installed about 2009 and work great. There are 12 batteries size 8D 12 volt batteries plus one 12 bolt car size battery that powers the hydraulic lift. The batteries are charged by six 120 watt solar panels. A Solar Boost 50 solar regulator regulates the solar power to charge the batteries with the sun.
