This is a used Bridgeport 1 HP vertical milling machine. This machine is working just fine but has a bit of slop in the ways. Power feed does not work. Works great for many applications. when i need accurate milling I dont use this machine. Quill is a tight and does not return automatically. I haven't used the quill feed in 15 years and don't know how. So i don't know if it works. Machine is sold"as is" and is local pick up only. I have a forklift and can load on your truck or trailer from the ground or from a dock. This machine will not go into back gear. I dont know why and dont have time to work on it. I don't know the original manufacture date, but it I know at one point the motor failed and it was taken out of service. I have since put a new motor on it and completely rewired it. The is a hard to find CycleCyl Boremaster CT 1.5. It is a self contained machine for boring small engine cylinders. It comes with the parallels. Micrometer and other accessories. It also comes with the users manual for installation and operation and a template for mounting to a new base. Right now it is sitting on a wooded surface mounted to an old filing cabinet. Many people run these on top of oil drums so the metal shavings just drop into the drum. If you want the wooden base I will include it. Shipping the old filing cabinet would be a big waste of money. The machine is in good operating condition. I have read that it will bore from 1.5" to 3.75" however, the major divisions on the micrometer read from 1.6" to 3.6" There are a few minor divisions below the 1.6" and a few minor divisions above the 3.6"

You are considering a 36" Powered Slitting machine. This machine is used. But appears to be in fair overall condition. We have tested the drive motor and it seems to run fine. Looks like the motor had an on/off switch built in to it at one time that has been bypassed and removed. Also, the power cord needs replaced. Machine could use a good overall cleaning. All rollers and guides turn freely. Machine is being sold AS IS. This slitter uses standard utility knife blades(common at most any hardware or building supply store) The blade holder bar has 35 blade slots on 1" centers(currently has 3 blades installed) The side guide rollers will adjust from 1" out to approximately 37-1/2" wide. This slitter may have been used to slit some type of roofing material at one time? The way it's built, it looks like it could be used to slit a variety of materials; paper, felt, thin plastic sheeting, cloth, etc. The material is rolled up and pulled through the blades by the removable steel tube that's coupled direct to the gear-motor. This machine may require some type of material stand to hold the roll of material being fed in to it. We did not receive any such stand. The machine is mounted on adjustable height legs. Lowest possible height with included legs is approximately 29" measuring from the floor to the top of the blade bar. Max height is approximately 36" One of the legs is bent and may need straightened or replaced. Lagun FTV-1 Manual Vertical Knee Milling Machine, 2 axis CNC table
This mill has a 12" riser between the head and table to add height for larger materials. The riser can be removed if not needed. The table is 9" x 42" It is currently set up for 240v but I can check to see if it can be switched to 480. The CNC works and can be programed in Gcode. I have all the manuals and cd incase the computer goes down. The computer that is included is just an old desk top that was once used as an office computer until the office computers were upgraded. It also has a digital read out that works but it was never use the machine was set up for a cnc program and not really used as a manual mill.

One of the side levers was set to one of three positions(3, 1-1/8, 8) which varied the speed of a bottom"dial" The Quill Feed engaged and disengaged the drive. The Speed Range varied the speed from HI to LO and also has a neutral. Some of the levers, like the one left of the rpm dial was pulled up but we did not notice any notice in the operation of the drive. Hydraulic Power Unit: When the power unit was run the motor/pump worked great pushing oil through the system with no problems. It was not connected to the rest of the system. The fan was plugged in but it turned slow. Not at the rated rpms. The True Trace was not tested. No further testing was performed. The individual pieces are not mounted properly on the frame. There may be brackets or accessories missing. This will be the responsibility of the buyer to attach this equipment for proper operation. No manuals. It was in great working condition before it was taken down and I've been told that the ways are in great shape and the unit overall is in amazing condition. Up for sale is a Automated Industrial Systems. Inc ASP-1 O-Ring installation machine. Tha machine has an 18" bowl and when you turn the unit on the bowl vibrates ntil the track is full and the o-rings break the laser beam. The unit is in running condition, I have manually cycled the o-ring installation and have used a hex key to simulate the automatic cycle. I have only the loading track and Delrin jaws, I do not have a mandrel for it. I have the cover for he side. I just removed to show the machine. You would have to purchase the tooling for your application. I included two pictures of what the machine was running. I have included a link to the AIS site showing the ASP-1 and it gives all the data you would need. This unit new sells for $16.500.00 and in is selling for quite a bit less in this listing.
