This is a complete Synrad CO2 laser in need of a gas recharge. It is gas intact. But only puts out about 500mW. Basically lights up and that's it. The laser needs a 30V 7A power supply, and a 5V nominal(optical isolator- 2.5 to 6V is fine) signal to run. When new, it output about 14W of power at 10.6um, and a simple gas refill can make the laser tube good as new. This tube was originally for a high power laser coding machine. If you need this it could be a great deal. I have lots of lasers and other unique tech stuff for sale this week.

This Rabbit Laser RL-80-16090 machine is in perfect working condition. And boasts of a HUGE CUTTING BED at 63" x 35.4. I paid $14,990 for it four years ago and I have hardly used it, leaving it in ALMOST-NEW condition. It plugs into an ordinary wall outlet, because it has a converter box in the back(included) to make the laser work with regular power. This is a complete Synrad CO2 laser that outputs about 12.6W as measured on a power wizzard laser checker. The laser needs a 24 to 30V at 9A or better power supply. And a 5V nominal(optical isolator- 2.5 to 6V is fine) signal to run. I have a very nice control box for this laser as well in another listing. When new, it output about 15W of power at 10.6um. This tube was originally for a high power laser coding machine. These lasers cost several thousand dollars new. Winning bidder gets dibs on the high current 28V at 12A power supply for an extra hunderd dollars by special listing. If you need this, it could be a great deal. It is a CO2 laser without refracting mirrors(straight beam) making alignment easy and something that never had to be adjusted. As you may know YAG lasers are direct to metal lasers that do not need any surface preparation like the CO2 lasers do. YAG lasers do wear out slowly over time and with use. I would say this YAG laser has about 30% of its life cycle left which equates to about 2 years of moderate use. What's good though is that the manufacturer can restore these machines back to day one power. We paid $48.000 for this laser back in 2006, and this machine has served us well.
