Cleveland Steam Jacket Stainless Steel Tilt Soup Kettle KET-5-T 20 Qt
This is a used Cleveland KET5T. 5 gallon tabletop steam kettle it is currently wired for 3phase, however it can be changed to single phase. It has water resistant controls and has a splash proof design to prevent water damage from spillage or cleaning. This model has a precise, consistent temperature control and a range of 145 degrees Fahrenheit to 260 degrees Fahrenheit. This KET5T has a 50 PSI steam jacket rating for higher temperatures and faster cooking, and a large pouring lip for chunky products. It was removed from an operating school cafeteria and was working when removed, however because of current location I do not have 3 phase power to re test. Unit is sold in"as is" condition with no warranty, it is local pick up only, all sales are final, no returns accepted, please feel free to ask questions.

There are no holes in the kettle, but some scuffs and scrapes on the outside. There is some blue stain on the inside, I got most of it out.
