The micrometer wheel on the left moves the platform left and right. The platform is missing whatever was used to hold what was being ground. The motor shaft is bare and has no arbor for mounting the grinding wheels(the three wheels pictured are included) The platform will pivot around the shaft it is mounted on and has an adjustable stop to limit its downmost position. It's weight capacity is 100grams. The top glass door is in good condition. It opens and closes smoothly. The left and right side glass doors are shut and will not open. The inside chamber of the scale has some residue I can not get off. The scale has some rust and paint chipping in several areas(please see pictures) The worst area is the right side of the scale. Steel stringed instrument that the manufacturer describes as'a combination string instrument of harp, mandolin and Hawaiian guitar.with a tone sweeter than the most expensive string instrument" An interior label says" The Bell Harp special advertising instrument sold through demonstrations only.The Bell Harp Company Far Rockway N.Y. The instrument is made of wood with 45 metal tuning pegs and steel strings, 19 x 13 x 1 1/2 inches approximate size. Details on the top of the instrument are a decal and paper. Also included with the Bell Harp instrument are sheet music holder(inserts into holes on the edge of the top) finger picks, steel tuner, original company postcard, and three music books- Instructor for the mandolin-guitar method, Leisure Hours series 21, and Leisure Hours series 22(collections of standard ... moreand up-to-date songs and melodies arranged for all numerical instruments) Copyright on the last page of the Series 22 music book says' Copyright 1935 by Treasure Chest Publications, Inc. published by Zither Music Co. No other dates were found on the instrument or the music books. Instrument, music books, and other supplies are included in it's original box. Condition: After a number of moves. Including East coast to Pacific northwest, the wooden back of the instrument has popped off. Probably due to differences in humidity. No parts are missing but the back needs to be glued back onto the instrument. Several of the steel strings are loose and 1 brass pin that holds the string in place needs to be straightened. Not shown in the photos but included with the instrument- a wooden bar that attaches to the end of the instrument covering the brass pins that anchor the steel strings. Overall there is little wear on the instrument.

I have a vintage trumpet here serial 860. This silver horn is in very good over all condition. The lead pipe slide is stuck but all others are free and easy. The valves are free and easy. The plating on the valves is still bright and shiny. The edge of the gold wash bell is slightly dinged. The original case has a taped handle but is in otherwise good condition and includes the locking key. Mouthpiece is marked 36. Shipping and handling are free. I accept PayPal.
