Graco Reactor E-20 Spray Foam Proportioner 259025 with Fusion AP Gun 246101
Up for bid is a lightly used Graco Reactor E20 259025. J09D, A1517, 48A-230V-1PH, 1 Fusion AP gun and some Fusion AP spare parts. This unit was used to spray one house in 2010 and was stored without flushing. The original purchaser sent to me to refurbish. Here's what was done. Replaced: Fluid manifold and fittings. ISO return valve, ISO gauge, ISO heater to manifold tube, ISO pressure transducer, lube bottle. Rebuilt ISO pump. Fusion AP gun. Pulled out the ISO heater sensor and rod and cleaned out the heater passageways. Unit pressured up equal on A& B sides. A. B& Hose heat all work as designed. This machine is ready to spray. You buy a Graco Reactor for two reasons 1) Reliability 24/7 and 2) When it comes to selling it. People know you have real quality This machine is no different. It has been a reliable support machine to our two Hydraulic Graco's We've cleaned off the Iso and the normal gunk that gets on a machine. Given the main body a lick of paint and changed the main power isolator because the original was as stiff as hell and eventually the original isolator lever snapped The machine runs very well. Builds pressure perfectly as you can see from the pics, heater banks works perfectly and keypad is in excellent condition. Currently the machine is in storage/shipment mode i.e. it has been flushed with MEK(a gentle solvent) and all the lines are full of MEK. This machine is 3 phase. 380v but this can be changed to 230v very easily(Graco do a wiring ... morediagram for that) The machine includes what you see in the photos but does not include stick pumps, hoses, pistol i.e. the bare machine. Also one of the photos is of the rear of the machine with the heater banks exposed. Please note there is a metal cover for this heater bank- not pictured I had this machine sold previously but a tire kicker wasted my time and never pitched up with the money. Graco E-XP1 3 Phase Plural Component Proportioner This is in excellent shape with very little use. The pumps are included and I was told when I bought it that they would most likely need a rebuild kit soon. The machine was cleaned out very well. Does not include hoses. Gun, or other accesories I'm a builder and I bought this for a large propject but the financing fell thru at thelast moment. I don't build enough to justify having my own foam machine so its just easier for me to hire a foam contractor for jobs. The machine much weight over 200 pounds. I can mount it to a pallet and find a freight shipper or you can tell me how to ship it. The cost of shipping is not in the price because it will depend where it is going.

Graco Reactor A-XP2 Proportioner Air Driven Pump Spray Foam Sprayer Polyurethane
For sale is a Graco A-XP2 Plural Component Proportioner. It comes with a 50' Graco heated hose. Part# 246053. It is currently hooked up for 230V 3 phase, but it was originally 230V single phase as you can see on the model identification label. I believe it can be converted back to single phase by using lines L1 and L2 only or by switching some of the wiring around. The right pressure gauge has a hairline crack as shown in the last picture, but it doesn't affect anything and it still reads the correct pressure. The machine was last used with only the red hose connection. The right connection for the blue hose currently has a plug screwed in. It will require a 45 degree elbow to connect the blue hose. I would suggest flushing the system before spraying material with it. Graco E10 E-10 Reactor 249570
This Graco E-10 has been used in a relatively low volume spray-in bedliner and truck accessory shop. We might spray 3-5 trucks a week. It's has been in service for about 2 years. We're shutting down and selling off the equipment. This machine has NOT been sitting in the corner for the past 6 months like other E-10's I've encountered. It was spraying bedliners last week before we shut the doors. I have solvent flushed the ISO side thoroughly and reflushed with a plasticizer for storage. The B side still contains a little of the oil side bedliner product but you can flush that out easily with your product. The only known issues that this machine has is the O-ring has torn and fallen off from the tank lid on the ISO side(that happened last week while we were moving it. Haven't had time to get another) and the'insulation' ... moreif you can call it that) around the heater coil has come unstuck(which happened about the first month of owning it) Both pumps were rebuilt about 6 months ago with genuine Graco rebuild kits. I've been in this business for about 10 years now and have rebuilt several machines. Just short of a'professional' refurbish I guess. Pressures holds fine and it dispenses as specified. Hose has a relatively new plastic cover on it so I haven't cut it off. It still has some more life in it. Package contains what is pictured EXCEPT FOR THE P2 SPRAY GUN.
