It would be safe to assume that it will need a calibration since it was last done in 1985 so bid conservatively. The handle is damaged but works. The AC cord could use replacement. This meter is a USED meter. Everything on it works as far as the Readings go, But for some reason the Backlight and the Continuity buzzer does not. I have a degree in electronics, I know how to use this meter, I have tested Voltages and Resistance and All testing funtions work. just no buzzer or backlight.
