The electrometer sits on a blue painter three legged support with adjustable feet to each end. The large brass tubular electrometer cover lifts off to reveal the insides. At the bottom of the electrometer are the quadrants each on insulating glass supports. The front two hinge out and the aluminium vane& mirror can be removed. The top of the instrument has the two glass insulated terminals and the wire support adjustment. The wire support is missing. Condition: Cosmetically the electrometer is very good retaining much of the original lacquer. Mechanically everything is good and tight.
