Purchased new in 2006 used 3 years. BUT only used 6 months out of a year, Been in storage since 2009. Works like it did when I purchased it new in 2006. Uses#2 grommet and A3630 neck washer. This machine feeds top and bottom of grommet both at the same time. NO placing washing under plunger! hands and fingers stay clear and out of the way. NO need to worry about grommetting your finger. REBUILT EDWARD SEGAL G2R83 Grommet Machine For sale we have a rebuilt Edward Segal G2R83 automatic grommet machine that set 1/2" inside diameter grommets. This machine is a double revolution machine meaning it will first come down and punch the hole. Then come back and set the grommet. It has a single hopper where it load to top grommet. All the operator has to do is load the bottom washer by hand. So if you were going to use this machine the operator would place the bottom washer on the die, then place the material under the die, hit the pedal and it will activate and come down and punch the hole, then go back up and the machine will automatically load the top grommet and then the die comes down and sets it. Pretty much fully automated. The size of the grommets are a 1/2" inside diameter. This machine has been gone through and ... morein perfect operation condition. This machine is a fully automated machine that feeds and sets the eyelet in a single automated motion. It is a hopper-fed machine that is currently tooled for what appears to be a 3/16 eyelet.The exact measurements of the current eyelet size is: 312 flange. 187 outer diameter, and.165 height.
