Here is a tested. Working HP 8447A Dual Channel.1-400 MHz Bench type RF amplifier in the blue grey dress. I tested it on both channels and found channel 1 to be 2.4 dB low in gain at 400 MHz, so I opened it and found the amp module for that channel had been replaced with a HP module of the same range. I do not think this will hurt the units utility but wanted you to know. The gain plot I made has a 5 dB per division vertical scale and the gain difference is about 1/2 of a division at 400 MHz.
