Ole Florida Fly Shop is pleased to present a previously owned Shimano TLD25 Lever Drag Conventional Reel. The reel has a couple of very light scratches. Overall it looks great and works perfectly. I'd grade the condition an 9.2 out of 10. It's loaded with green mono(not sure of the size but it came off a 30-50 lb rod) and comes with a protective cover. You don't need a big boat to catch big fish. In fact. There's absolutely no reason why you couldn't catch a 250-pound thresher shark from your 20-foot center console boat. Penn 330 LD reel. Very nice condition, EXCEPT for line cut in cross bar. See pics 4,5,and 6. Somthing went wrong here, somehow, nicked the cross bar in numerous places and cut into it as shown. If I had to guess, I'd say someone put the reel upside down on the rod to use it left handed. Still a decent working reel. No box.

I used this reel a couple of times and caught a number of 30lb Class Striped Bass. Sweet reel and I happen to like star drags better than level drags. You can see from the pictures the reel is as good as new. Everything is included that comes from the Manufacturer to include the box. The original lube and reel mount are in a bag that was never opened. The pictures are of the actual reel and not some stock photo. You will receive only the reel in the picture. The spine has been taped inside and a couple of short right edge tears are repaired inside with thin archive tape. CONDITION: I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality: Mint. Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor. This auction is for a Daiwa 300H reel in excellent and completely refurbished condition. It has been professionally cleaned. Lubed with Cal’s Grease and Corrosion-X, and has new drag washers. It performs like a new reel: The gears and ball bearings are quiet, the drag is smooth, the clicker is loud, and the anodized aluminum spool spins true. It has been fished and has some discoloration on the spool but you won’t see that once I fill it with line. This great little reel, slightly smaller than a Jigmaster 500, was made in Japan and holds 300 yards of 30# mono. Note that it has an all aluminum frame so it can withstand heavy drag without frame torque. Avet SX 5.3 MC Casting Reel Orange Lever Drag w/Braid!
This is a great little reel. Ive caught several 100lb Thresher Sharks with this little machine and its still got alot of life in it. This is a well used reel. Well maintained and fished frequently. It functions great, has an aftermarket"Kodiak Cam" in it from Avet that makes for a smoother drag curve. It needs some lube and a new Clicker Wheel from Avet as many long runs while trolling before the clicker was turned off have lead to some wear on that plastic part, its an easy replacement i just haven't ordered the part from Avet. Clicker still works as is but when the reel is in"Full" you can hear the clicker as the handle is turned. Not a mechanical issue but it can get annoying. Hard to find"Orange" color w/ magnetic cast control. I routinely cast 4-6oz lures 100yds+ with these reels to breaking fish and ... morehave never had a backlash using the cast control even on the lowest setting. I am selling because I no longer desire to have the magnetic cast control feature and this is the last MC Avet in my arsenal. Shimano TLD 20/40 s star drag
Shimano TLD star drag in nice working condition. Has some braided line on it that needs to be added to as it about half gone off the reel. looks like about#30 or#60 lb test. Really just needs some cosmetic cleaning and some new or added line and youre fishing. The click is super loud and the drag is very strong and smooth. Everything works great.

Orvis Battenkill 5/6 fly reel, disc drag, made in England, w/case
Up for sale is my Orvis Battenkill fly reel. It's the first"good" reel I bought when I got into fly fishing back in the late 1980s. And its served me well. Made in England, the reel is designed for 5/6 lines, and has a very good, easily adjusted disc drag. It has some scratches and dings(see photos) but the reel is in excellent mechanical shape.
