This is a custom OEM laser module made by Coherent for a large bio-medical company. These modules have TEC-thermal electric cooler. Large heatsink, fan, a narrow band pass filter at output and a control wire. I have some that are working perfect and are pretty nice, I have some that are partially taken apart- but the laser module 10mw 635nm works fine. The other parts probably work fine too- the fan and the TEC- I included picture of one taken apart to show some of the guts. Has LED indicators for Power, Laser, High temp and overload.
