Tektronix Tek DC504 Frequency Counter/Timer Test Equipment Plug In Module You are bidding on a very versatile Tektronix DC504 module. Made to plug into one of the TM-series Mainframes. Please note* that while the photo shows this module installed in a TM504 along with two others for the purposes of clarity, this auction is*for the DC504 only* the pictured mainframe and other modules are being sold in auctions of their own. This DC504 fits into a single mainframe slot. Preserving the remaining slots for other test equipment functions, such as a power supply, a function generator, current probe, or numerous other pieces. The DC504 is completely independent of any other equipment you install, so you can configure a compact/portable test bench with only the pieces you need. Module functions include a Frequency counter. A Timer for measuring time ... moreperiod, and a Totalizer for events. Front panel indicators include the following: 5 digit. 7-segment LED display'Counting' LED to show when the counter is triggered and active'Overflow' LED to show when the timer accumulator is off-scale. A reset button zeros the display The front panel BNC connector presents a high impedance input to the module. A trigger level control allows for a variable level of either a negative or positive slope. A label on the side of the module indicates that there is an RPM Measuring feature invoked by an internal switch. This is a feature I have not used. So I can't say much about it. TEK plug-ins usually have a plastic tab to lock the module into the mainframe. But the tab on this DC504 is missing. It could however be easily replaced if needed in the future.
