The air cooled condensers can save a lot of hassles in permits since you will not need to apply for a water discharge permit for a cooling tower. You also will not have the problems associated with maintaining a cooling tower with this system. As you can see from the photos the TECs are now sandwiched between a pair of water blocks. The cold side of the TEC is connected to the water blocks that you would run the water blocks connected to your components through while the hot side of the TEC is connected to an external loop that you would have your radiators hooked up to.
