Here's a puzzle for you. And when solved you will have avoided a lot of work in creating a train/switch control board. Looks to be maybe 10/20 years old, but the switches are all heavy duty and the"guts" are well done. The out going wires are snipped off and need to be replaced. There is a solenoid built into it(to what purpose? part of the puzzle) The heavy duty toggle switches are 4 pole, no center off. Why there are two blocks for each switch is part of the mystery. The Lionel power supply/speed controller is included, but the electrical switches for the turnouts are not. The missing toggle switch has been repaired and is back in position. The bottom is screwed on so you should have good access to the wiring. If you have ever built one of these you know how much work they are and how the cost of the parts mounts up.
