Realroad Digital Throttle System by Digital Power. The system consists of an ISA card. A locomotive controller that plugs into the card. The unit was manufactured in 1992 and is new-in-the-box. Additional connections are railroad DC power supply and then connections to the track. The idea behind the card was to control a model locomotive in a prototype manner by taking into consideration the locomotive type and the load it is pulling. The software will prevent the locomotive from pulling a load too heavy for the locomotive type by simulating wheel slip. The software is on 5 1/4" floppy.
