It has 4 cartridges that reverse pulse clean via a programmable timer board and solenoid valve system as pictured. The cartridge dust collector is an excellent choice to replace the common bag-house or dust bag type collector and can be used to collect almost any dry, fine dust particulate. The cartridge offers a large amount of cleaning filter material in a very compact area. Cartridge dust collectors take up much less space than bag house collectors and offer an impressive filtration efficiency of 99.7% against 1/2 micron particles allowing for in house venting in applications that do not produce noxious or poisonous gases. It was designed with an 12 inch diameter. Abrasive resistant, inlet to extend the filter life. The filters are cleaned with an automatically actuated reverse pulse of compressed air. This unit is currently equipped with our automated pulsing system. It is effective when used while the dust collector is in operation or shut down and can be used as desired to clean filters from accumulated particulate. The timer board is powered by standard 120v single phase plug-and-go electrical connection. Factory settings are 3 minute pulse intervals that index to the next sequential valve. These are programmable and easily changed. This unit is designed to deliver optimal performance when dust cake levels of 40- 80- 160 pounds or less are accumulated in between pulse cleaning intervals. It is equipped with an acoustical dampening package that will meet the maximum noise levels allowed per osha regulations.
