Used for a large scanning project last year. Automatic document feeder as well as scanner top in good working condition. Comes with AC adapter and what is in the pictures. I may have an extra usb cable if needed. Software available on HP website. The only"cosmetic" damage is that two of the three back plastic tabs on the top plastic unit that reads HP are broken- this stays shut without any of these tabs since there are two additional metal tabs in the front. Otherwise the unit just needs a little dusting off and cleaning.
