550 Gal Neal Agitated Asphalt Sealcoat Seal Coat Sprayer Trailer All Hydraulic
Up for sale is a 550 gal Neal Sealcoat trailer with 16hp vanguard motor running an all hydraulic system both agitator and 2" dual diaphragm spray pump. We have recently replaced many parts including all new hydraulic hoses and most fittings($2000 worth) and a couple of the hydraulic motors. The kohler engine runs good and starts right up. The machine also has a 7-8' spray bar that can be added onto for extra width if desired. The lights work well- trailer has electric brakes that work well. The machine is reversible- both pump and agitator although we have never used reverse. The pressure output is great and you will have to really hang onto the wand if you run the pressure up high. We never used much more than 1/2 setting on the hydraulic flow control valve. Even with the spray bar. We just finished an 18000 sy apartment complex ... morewith this machine 2 weeks ago, it functions properly. Machine also has a large water tank under the sealcoat tank which we have never used.
