VERY LITTLE USE BECAUSE THE MOTOR GOT SMACKED BY A TOWMOTOR SHORTLY AFTER INSTALL AND BROKE THE ENCODER. BEEN SITTING ON A SHELF EVER SINCE. TIME TO REDUCE SOME CLUTTER. I PULLED THE BRAKE OUT OF THE MOTOR AND TESTED. RELEASES AND ENGAGES PERFECTLY. INCLUDES THE MOUNTING BOLTS. THE HUB AND EVEN THE SHAFT KEY. I CUT THE WIRES FROM THE MOTOR CONNECTOR BUT SO THAT IT CAN BE WIRED WITH NO PROBLEM. WILL EVEN THROW IN THE BRAKE CONNECTOR OFF THE MOTOR. BRAKE IS EXPENSIVE.
