I sat an EB VPJR pedal on top of the amp, ran amp volume pots wide open, gain on drive channel on'two or three' and ran VPJR thru the effects loop to control final volume. There is a guy on ebay who sells a volume knob in a box.to accomplish this. The VPJR volume pedal works waaaaay better, and you can have constant control of your amp volume from 0-10, if you choose to use a VPJR on the floor. Electronics are 100% I purchased this December 5th. 2012.when they first came available. I know that some photos you may have seen, make this amp look white. This really is a great piece of gear and is still very current offering both Dolby Digital and DTS processing.
