Offered here is an original Aloris Quick Change Tool Post. Model BXA. This tool post is recommended for use on 10" to 15" Swing Lathes. The tool post is equipped with the more desireable Wedge Type Clamp and it does not appear to have been used extensively. The dove tails look to be in good condition and they open and close smoothly. The T Nut measures approximately 1-9/16" wide x 3" Long x 0.335" The machined tang that slides between the compound jaws measures 1" wide x 3/8" high. I would think that this T Nut could be machined if necessary in order for it to fit your lathe. The tool post appears to be in nice condition.

South Bend Skinner 4 jaw chuck 2 1/4-8 spindle nose- Logan, Heavy 10, 13 lathes
This auction is for the 4 jaw chuck shown in the photos. I bought this from a local firm that went out of business- I had to buy three to get the one I wanted. As you can see. The chuck is a Skinner made for South Bend, part number 4006-51. The spindle mount is 2 1/4 by 8 threads per inch, which fits the Heavy 10(10L) and 13 inch South Bend lathes, as well as some Logan lathes. LATHE Turret Tailstock for 10" - 12" lathes (unknown brand)
I don't know if this lathe turret tailstock was made for a specific brand of lathe. I can't find any name on it. I suspect it was made to be adaptable to various lathes, particularly in the 10" swing range. I actually used this on a 12" Jet wood lathe to do a bunch of wood parts several years ago. I made a one inch tall spacer out of hard wood and it worked fine, I'll even include that wood adapter with the turret. An interesting feature on this is the base contains a pair of wedges that slide about an inch and thus can raise or lower the height of the turret, it doesn't move much maybe a 1/16" of an inch. That's why I think it was made to be used on different brands of lathes, that's what I think and I could be wrong. I think the Enco tool supply company once marketed something like this. There are ... moretwo sets of clamps on the sides to grip onto the lathe, or the adapter you make. The turret has six positions. With 3/4" holes to hold tools. The centers of these holes are 5" above the bottom, so that should fit a 10" lathe. The length of the adjustable base is 12.5" Each bottom contact surface is 1" wide and 5" from the outside edges, look at the photo with the dimensions. The travel-limiting screws on the rear end look to have about 1.5" of adjustment. The turret moves smoothly and locks into each position. I haven't used it for several years and it has gotten rather dusty and a little surface rust from sitting around in the back of my shop. This turret tailstock weighs about 82 lbs. Once boxed up(most likely in cardboard) it will likely weigh about 90 lbs. It is located in Ann Arbor. Michigan, zip code 48103, and I'll let you figure out the potential shipping costs yourself. Just to give you a ballpark idea, to ship it to the far west corners(e.g. San Diego, Seattle) would cost somewhere from $95 to $115 with FedEx and UPS, respectively, it would be a bit less expensive to ship to Caribou, Maine. ORIGINAL ATLAS LATHE TAPER ATTACHMENT MODEL 700 VERY NICE! FITS 9-10" LATHES
The Atlas No. 700 taper attachment is designed and recommended for tool rooms and production shops. It has the extra weight and rigidity required for accurate taper work on a production basis. The dovetail slide bar. Installed parallel to the bed way, has gib ad- justment to maintain accuracy. it is accurately machined and graduated to show taper per foot in two directions and in both degrees and inches. Tool is fed by slotted draw bar attached to carriage cross slide. Sturdy clamp arm assures rigid mounting. This taper attachment was my late grandfather's and is for an Atlas lathe not a SB but he had SB lathes so I'm not sure where he got this or why but it was laying on a SB model A witch I have other pieces of still available also.
