This scope powers up just fine and shows a trace bar where I was able to get several patterns while playing on the CRT Display. Cosmetically it is in excellent condition showing only light wear as the photos show. The beam is in focus and adjusts up/down/narrow and wide. All the knobs turn correctly. Smoothly and as they should without restriction. Test leads are included but I have no manual. I have seen manuals listed right here on eBay for this model so one could be easily acquired ... moreif desired. Please understand- I’m not knowledgeable with this type of equipment and I have no way to properly test it. I did take the time to research the scope and found an interesting web site that detailed its functionality and features which I’m passing along to you. It reads; The Heathkit 10-12 is a single-trace vacuum tube oscilloscope. The 10-12 has horizontal and vertical inputs on the front panel. As well as a place to connect an external trigger. The 10-12 also has a z-axis input, though it is well concealed. The user must unscrew a small metal hatch from the back of the unit to gain access to the z-axis connector. All connecters are the banana plug style common on older scopes, instead of more modern BNC connectors. The screen diameter is an ample five inches, and rotary knobs are used for all front panel operations. The horizontal frequency scale has two user presets, which can be set by inserting a screwdriver into a pair of holes on the right of the timebase control. Vintage Tektronix 321 Oscilloscope
I got three of these from an"electronics guy" He had all kinds of old test equipment downstairs in his'shop' When you plug it in and turn it on. The power light comes on. If you turn the knobs, you receive no response from or affect on the oscilloscope. No trace ever appears. This is all I know how to do as I have sold a number of oscilloscopes but I am just a reseller and do not know how to use them. I guess the internet leads me to sites that audio people say it works for audio and AM but too low for FM. I think this is collectable too as it was the first battery powered oscilloscope made. I took of the battery department. Has the removal key type pin that holds battery compartment on below. There were no batteries in it and the compartment has not been corroded from batteries being left in there. Has what appears to be ... morethe original 3 pin AC power cable. Vintage 1954 Heathkit Oscilloscope model OL-1 test equipment WORKS
You will be bidding on a vintage 1954 Heathkit Oscillscope. I do not know much about these. Except that this model was introduced in Aug 1954 and made in Benton Harbor, Mich USA. When this one is plugged in the green light does come on, and it will change with the turns of the knobs. It works on both settings in the back- the internal and the external. The case does have a few scuffs and scratches, also a light layer of dust. All the knobs are in place, except for the lower left hand red one, which I have replaced with a electrical cap. Vintage US Navy OS-8G/U Oscilloscope Scope -- VERY CLEAN needs minor repairs
You are bidding on a super clean US Navy OS-8G/U oscilloscope in partial working order. The OS-8GU is the last(and in my opinion the best) of the series of OS-8 scopes built for the Navy in the 1950's and early 1960's. This little scope measures just 14 inches by 7 inches by 9 inches and weighs under 15 pounds. It comes in a solid aluminum case(last photo) with shock mounts inside(photo 1) The scope uses a 3RP1 CRT. But unlike the earlier versions the OS-8G/U is otherwise entirely solid state. It is simply beautifully constructed(photo 3) The side panels open with four screws to allow quick access to the inside for adjustment or repairs. Under a hinged back panel are jumpers that allow very versatile connections to the CRT deflection electrodes(photo 4) The controls are very well laid out(photo 2) This particular OS-8G/U is serial ... morenumber A542. Built by Philadelphia Scientific Controls for the Navy(photo 6) Cosmetically this one is in near mint condition(see photos) Hardly a mark on it. This scope generates a clear bright trace when fed by external signals. But there is something wrong with the horizontal amplifier circuit. As the horizontal position control is turned to move the trace from the left side of the screen to the right side, the trace first shrinks to zero width in the middle, then expands as a reflection on the right side of the center line. The built-in sweep is also not working, probably due to the same cause. The vertical amplifier is working perfectly. I've seen this kind of problem in other scopes, and it's not too hard to repair. I believe the manual for this scope can be found on the web, but I do not have one. If you are looking for a really well built small portable analog scope for servicing electronic equipment that doesn't require a high bandwidth. This is an excellent choice. VINTAGE LECTROTECH VECTORSCOPE Waveform Monitor Late 40's
This is a functional vitage vectorscope from the late 40's I beleive.Which was designed to test the color signals from some of the earliest color television monitors.I hooked it up to the output jack on my flatscreen and it totally readout on the scope.All the controls seem to do one thing or anotherand the face of the unit is in excellent condition. I went through it and cleaned it inside out, lubed the knobs and buttons with silicon spray and refinished the outer shell in heat resistant black paint so now the whole thing looks new.The test cords and the AC cord all store on the inside rear compartment. It measures 13" deepx 71/4" tall and 81/4" wide.All the knobs and switches are bakelite.It is very much like a minature oscilloscope with its 3" round screen.

Here's a vintage Non-Linear Systems( NLS) MS-15 miniscope. This works using it's power adapter. The batteries are probably dead. Though I did not try and charge them. Some controls are scratchy. It's shown displaying it's built-in calibrator signal. The power adapter is wrapped in tape(old tape) as it appears to be wearing out where the cable exits it. See the photo. The equipment was used on a submarine. Airplane, or land vehicle. The scope was manufactured by the James Millen MFG. Co. TEKTRONIX 545 OSCILLOSCOPE serial number 16294 on a stand TEKTRONIX TYPE D PLUG-IN UNIT serial number 025041 There are two instruction manuals included plug- in units NOT in this oscilloscope for: Dual-Trace Calibrated Preamp Plug In Unit Type 53/54C Type O Operational Amplifier Plug-In Unit I pulled the filter off of the back for some inside pictures and found that the fan is not in its mounts- there is a 220 v plate on the rear there was a jury rigged 110 VAC cord which has been plugged into it and the power indicator ... morelight lamp lights when the on/off toggle is turned to on. But there is no other sign of activity. Please look at it as a project or for parts.

VINTAGE TELEVISION OSCILLOSCOPE There is no nameplate so I am not sure who made this oscilloscope. The scope powers up and there is a dot or a line depending on what knob I turn. The display moves when the adjustment knobs are turned as well. I don't know much about these so if you are interested and have a specific question I will be happy to answer it. The finish is rough from age and two of the pads on the bottom have fallen off. Please view the photos for further cosmetic details. The unit measures 17.5" x 8.5" x 12" Thanks for looking.

Vintage Dumont Oscilloscope 1062Mod116 Type I MIL-O-9960C nomenclature
I would say what I am offering but I dont really know. This was given to me from a wife that was clearing some stuff out from her husband. He was taking an electronic career path in his younger days. The only thing I know is. When I plug it it, the power comes on. It is untested from there as I have no clue whaat to do. There was some foam inside the lid that has become less then stable over the years and has put a weird residue on the cables but did not get on the unit itself. Everything as far as model and such are shown in the photos. Thanks and feel free to ask questions. It is heavy and a little bulky in size so shipping will be a bit salty.
