Was sitting in my Bench without being used for several years but still works OK and passed its Self-Diagnostic test. There is a print copy(Not original) of the Service Manual that will be sent with the item. However, I will also include a soft copy of the User Manual, Program Manual, Schematics, Menu Map, Service Manual and the P6114B probe User Manual. It is in great shape although there are minor cosmetic details on one of the sides. There is a picture that shows them.
