The information on the lable is as follows: 45287. 26-7 T5430-2, Part No 154-0175-00. Made in the USA. The tube measures 18" in length, 16.5" in circumference and about 5.25" in diameter on the display side, 7.25" on the plugging side with 14 prongs on the jack. There is a small scratch about.75" long on the outer perimeter of the display side, but that is the only sign of wear. The is a working pull and is guaranteed to work or we will issue a refund. For Auction: One of the great analogue oscilloscopes. The Tektronix 561B made by Tektronix. Which is also a hybrid. The scope mainframe is mostly solid state. The plug-ins have some solid-state devices but depend mostly on tubes. The mainframe is complete& operational. Two plug-ins are provided but the audio tubes have been removed. If you are old school or prefer old school electronics. This would be a nice scope. It is maintainable in practice and parts are accessible. Does not come with probes but will use any standard generic probe terminated in a BNC connector. Documentation is all over the web but I can supply some of it on CD for the buyer if wanted. Self calibration ... moreis okay and the CRT has plenty of life left in it. I recommend running this off 115VAC. Included with the scope is an original Tektronix cart shown in the last two pictures. This cart was marketed for the old 545 size oscilloscopes and I have used it for this 561B. It is all aluminum and if you are handy with metal work. This could be easily tailored down for the 561B. All the documentation you need is on the BAMA/EDEBRIS site. Contact me BEFORE you bid to verify your pickup plans. Condition: Used. Powers up fine& basic functions appear to be working normally. The self calibration check(square wave panel output) tests normally. The controls have been used so little in the last few years that they need to be burnished in(used) I power this up now and then to keep the caps alive and have to exercise the buttons for awhile to get them responding. After that. You just need to use the scope. Not all features and functions have been verified as we are not engineers or technicians.
