TEKTRONIX 465B 100MHz 2CH OSCILLOSCOPE With Tektronix Probes
This scope is in great condition. And everything works. It comes with two Tektronix P6109, 10x probes that are designed to work with this scope. They have a special connector that indicates on the scope's channel if the probe is 10x or 1x. One probe has a different black adaptor tip. I had to add a little solder to the probe tip to make it work. I took photos to demonstrate all the LED indicator lights work and I am showing a sign. Triangle, and square wave forms on the scope as well. Channel two knob was cracked. So I glued it back together, I took a close up photo for you to see.

At the time. This oscilloscope was purchased from a knowledgeable seller, unit#3 of 5 units they had available. I had originally intended to learn repair work but that opportunity never materialized. Therefore this scope was never used by me. I selected this particular model after much research and recommendations from industry techs with a history of repairing recent equipment and vintage components. The Tektronix 465B Oscilloscope was considered the industry standard in 100MHz portable oscilloscopes for many years and still remains very desirable today. The unit has a white sticker on top that says"calibrated" ... moreso it's been bench tested for accuracy at some point. I am not familiar with how this unit functions. Therefore the unit must be sold as is, however the unit powers on fine and appears to work as it should. Extra time was taken to research and purchase the correct genuine Tektronix test probes and instruction manual that are best compatiable with the Tektronix 465B. This oscilloscope has been in occasional use on my bench for approximately 10 years. Performing without issue. It has been tested recently and found to be within original specs. Useful bandwidth extends considerably beyond its 100MHz spec. The unit is clean and the trace is sharp and bright. It includes a pouch for accessories It comes with a nearly new HP 9150 probe(150MHz) with accessories. A printed copy of the Tektronix Instruction and Service Manual, and a power cord. The instruction manual will benefit anyone purchasing his first scope(and nice to have for oldtimers, too) I've never had to access the service portion of the manual so this may be both a first and a last oscilloscope.
