This is a Fluke 99 ScopeMeter Series II. This is a combination oscilloscope + digital multimeter all in one compact package. A great small unit that can perform many functions. This unit is in very good condition with light signs of wear on the multimeter itself. No wear on any of the buttons and clean all around. The power supply casing cracked, it was sealed back together with some electrical tape but functions perfectly. The unit can be powered by AC power(adapter included) or by batteries(not included) The unit will use standard C-Cell batteries or a special rechargable battery pack. The unit was tested and powers on perfectly. The display and backlight are in perfect shape with no defects to report. Using the buttons on the unit I am able to browse through various menus. Change settings, etc. I ran some quick tests in scope& meter ... moremode. Everything seems to be operating perfectly. I do not know when unit was last calibrated. A large variety of probes. Fluke ScopeMeter 96 series II 50 Mhz dual trace oscilloscope and DVM accessories
Fluke 96 Series II ScopeMeter in good cosmetic condition. And mostly functional with one little caveat; the channel 2 down button no longer works. So, you can move channel twos trace up, but not down. My work around has been to use channel two in the top part of the screen. If you move it too far up, just reset the scope and it moves to its default position. Other than that little annoyance, the ScopeMeter functions fine in all other respects. Also works fine with an optical to RS-232 cable PM 9080(not included, see my other auctions) So in this auction. You get the 96 series II scopemeter, the flexible protective case, the PM8907/803 AC adaptor(included unlike some auctions) a users manual(it covers the 93/95/97 series but is close enough) the two DVM probes and a generic 10X/1X scope probe. The photos here may be somewhat confusing as I was initially going to list these three together. This auction is for the 7B53A S/N B189904 only. It shows little evidence of use with no dings or scratches and like the other two is fully functional. All of these trigger to 125 mhz or so and show good timing accuracy and sweep linearity. They are fully checked out however I did not formally calibrate them. These are best matched with the 74xx. 75xx and76xx mainframes but work well in all of 7000 Series. HeathKit Laboratory Oscilloscope Model: 10-18 | Series: 917 2933 The unit powers on. But doesn't seem to be working. When checking the tube, some of them are cool to the touch, so I figure they are not working, most are. The CRT display a green dot so that seems to be working. I do not have the tools nor skill to test it, particularly since it seems some of the tubes may not be working. ALL parts are there that I can tell. It is moderately dusty and has been in storage for a long time. I am not the original owner of this so I am not aware of how it was stored. I acquired this and though I'd sell it for someone who collects these and can refurbish it or use it for parts. I build a couple small HeakthKits as a child…I loved the concept and learning experience. I hope someone can give this a new life or use it to restore others. This ... moreis listed AS-IS.
