Using our mouse and keyboard plugged into the back of the unit, we were able to close the DSO software and navigate in Windows, but when we re-started the DSO software it never completed loading the scope. It gave an error about a file on a networked drive(which we are not able to access with the scope sitting alone on our test bench) The screen is DIM and a little hard to see in bright ambient lighting. But with good color. The touch screen input works. We are not sure what might be wrong with this unit. No other testing was done.
