Good Tektronix Oscilloscope. It doesn't Pass SPC if you run it within five minutes of powering the oscilloscope up. But once it warms up it passes every time. Whether or not it passes or fails there is never anything that doesn't work properly. There is never any DC offset at high sensitivities and trigger levels are correct.
