For auction. Two channels Tektronix TDS 380 400 MHz- 2 GS/s Oscilloscope with two P6114B Probes and front cover. This instrument would be a great addition of for a student or advanced amateur's lab. Was sitting in my Bench without being used for several years but still works OK and passed its Self-Diagnostic test. There is a print copy(Not original) of the Service Manual that will be sent with the item. However, I will also include a soft copy of the User Manual, Program Manual, Schematics, Menu Map, Service Manual and the P6114B probe User Manual. It is in great shape although there are minor cosmetic details on one of the sides. There is a picture that shows them. I do not know where they came from, probably from one field test I made a long time ago but they do not impact on the instrument's performance.
