Tektronix CSA7404 4-Channel 4GHz 20GS/s Oscilloscope and Signal Analyzer
Great Tektronix scope. The CSA is a fully functional DPO oscilloscope(same as TDS7404) with the addition of an optical-electrical converter and some 1.25Gbaud clock recovery hardware. The scope has options 2M: 16MPt record length on one channel. 4MPt on all four channels, and runs at 20GS/s. It also includes a jitter package, USB2.0 package, and a serial pattern trigger, as shown in the pictures. Each channel works fine and triggers to about 4.4GHz. The scope passes self-test. But almost never passes SPC(1/10 times) I can't find anything wrong with it, but you can return it for any reason for 30 days. It comes with the optical adapter and a SMA adapter. It comes with(and in) an aluminum carry case with custom cut foam to hold the unit. The power cord is for 110V US current. I was told it was recalibrated or calibrated within the last 8months, and not used or moved since then. I don't have any paperwork to verify this, but I know this is 100% condition, but functionally and cosmetically, and you have 3 days after you sign for it to notify me if you're not happy. Runs through the self test just fine, and there are no inventory or other 3rd party tags or stickers on it. I owned a repair center for 30 years. As part of my equipment inventory. I owned 5 Sencore SC61 scopes. I was getting frustrated with Sencore's repair and recalibration prices so I tried using another company that specializes in Sencore repair. I sent in on of my scopes and received back a completely different one. It was the same model but not the one I sent in. It even had another shops name on it. They explained to me that their policy was"rebuilt exchange" on Sencore products. I wish they would have told me that before I sent it in. None the less I got pissed, put it back in the box and put it in storage. I've since retired and don't need it anymore. I'm cleaning things out now and thought I would list it to see if there is any market for these. Here's some specs I found on another website: The Sencore SC61 Waveform Analyzer starts with a high quality oscilloscope. The CRT display section has a bandwidth of 60MHz. Vintage Leader Model 300 Digital Oscilloscope. Features 2 channels, a built in digital multimeter, an accessory printer, an accessory logic analyzer attachment, and the option to be battery powered. The oscilloscope has 10 MHz bandwidth and a maximum sample rate of 30 megasamples per second. There are 2 channels with separate controls. The built-in digital multimeter(see photo 12) has six measurement functions(DC/AC voltage, DC/AC current, resistance, and low-power resistance) Has a continuity beeper function to quickly detect shorts. The DMM measurements are displayed in large numbers on the LCD screen but the DMM and scope sections are electrically isolated. It also features full autoranging with manual range selection possible. The oscilloscope has 7 bits of vertical resolution and 180 words of horizontal resolution which can be increased ... moreto 1800 words. Ten waveforms can be stored internally with up to 40 waveforms stored and a memory card. An automatic set-up function optimizes the vertical, horizontal and trigger settings. All important scope settings are shown on the screen including vertical and horizontal sensitivities, trigger level, scope memory status, etc. The frequency and amplitude of the waveform can also be displayed on the screen as well as the time. A logic analyzer attachment allows up to 8 channels of digital logic levels to be displayed. The oscilloscope can be powered either from the external AC supply or 4 AA batteries.
