I have purchased it as used-refurbished from a US seller and have used it as a secondary scope since then. The instrument seems to work as it should. Both analog channels do work, as do all the 16 digital inputs. One picture shows the same signal as measured with this scope and with a calibrated scope. The instrument passes the self test and the self calibration procedures. The unit is clean and in very good condition. Comes with the accessories shown in the picture. It's combination of 2-channel analogue and 16 channel digital makes it perfect for the hobbyist or electronics repair technician. The"Mega Zoom" is my favorite feature of this scope.
