It appears there is close to a full set of cards if not all. A few of the cards have smudges on the corners. They have never been used. Measures 7"x 6"x 4.5" closed. This is an Awesome Collectible. I have never got to use this Rolodex card file. However moving it from place to place gave it a few minor scratches.
