These two are original black leather chairs with a gorgeous white leather stripe down the center. With black leather arms set on the metal(see photo please) and white metal bodies. They are signed on the bottom by the maker, and hand dated"June 24, 1958" on the bottom and stamped"6-58" on bottom as well. The fibers look great and I have cleaned the shell so it is ready fr use upon arrival. I took the pictures carefully so please be aware of the imperfection on this shell. There are cracks on each side of the seat where the back and base meet and a slight imperfection near the top of the chair on the back. These imperfections do not impact the structural quality of the chair. It is very solid. The photos make the damage appear worse than it actually is. Vintage 1950's Eames Herman Miller Molded Plywood DCW Dining Chair MCM Original
This is an original 1950's DCW(Dining Chair Wood) molded plywood chair designed by Charles and Ray Eames. There is a hole on the back rest because some dummy put a nut and bolt on it to keep it tighter. I did remove the bolt and put the back rest back on the proper way as it was upside down when I found it. The top of the back piece has a crack in it due to having a bolt screwed into it. The chair has all the original hardware. The seat shows a lot of use and there are a few chips on the edge. See pics. The legs are all consistent with the wear shown in the picture of the one leg. I wiper this down with soap and water to clean the dust and grime. This could be restored or left as is. I happen to like the way it looks in this condition. This listing is for a beautiful Mid-Century Modern Herman Miller Eames ottoman. This authentic designer piece dates to April 1976. It has been given a basic gentle cleaning but has not been professionally restored. The leather is soft and pliable. There are multiple light scratches in the leather due to the nature of the piece(footstool) but there are no tears. The scratches can be seen by zooming in on the photos. There is a small(about 3" x 6" sprinkling of gold paint on the side of the leather as pictured. The wood is overall in very good condition with no major scratches. There are some very small(1/4" chips on the edges as pictured. This piece came from a smoking environment. If you get down close to the piece. There is a faint odor of nicotine present. However, it is very mild and does not permeate the air around it. ... moreI have kept this piece in my home for several weeks just to be sure that the nicotine smell was not pervasive. And it is not. Iconic Mid-Century Modern George Nelson for Herman Miller Tambour Roll-Top Desk This is your chance to get this rare and stylish centerpiece for your office! A very rare find. This desk is in good condition for it's age. This is a circa 1950s desk designed by the late great George Nelson for the Herman Miller Company. The desk is large and in charge measuring 54" wide, 34" tall and 30" deep. The desk is has a nice work surface with slight angle down toward the front with 2 20 3/4" storage draws with compartments. There is file storage in the back behind the work surface. The whole thing is covered by the roll-top tambour wood cover that cleverly conceals the entire surface when desk is not in use, providing a beautiful cover. The top slides with some slight resistance and could probably use some waxing. The desk is ... moredusty and could use a cleaning and the wood could use treatment for some water spots and minor discoloration. There are no breaks or cracks in the wood and the mechanism is intact to move the top across and roll it back. There is some scratches to the back of the desk sides and a dent underneath(pictured) The chrome base with 4 leveling feet appears in good shape. The desk is heavy and solid. The desk is lockable when the top is closed however it does not come with the key and the lock is in the locked position so the top does not pull quite all the way down over the front due to the lock(see picture of lock) It would not be difficult to have this serviced by a lock smith and have a key made. The fiberglass still has it's shine, showing great fibers. There is very minimal ware on the edges, and minimal scratches on the seats from light use over the years, the chair has no cracks or fractures at all. All four shock mounts are solid, has all 4 original hex bolts, and it has the Herman Miller name& logo embossed on the underside of the shell. Amazing Herman Miller style chairs from the 1960's! One baby blue. One salmon, one yellow and one yellow with a greenish tint. Chairs measure close to 31 inches high on the back x 20 wide x 22 deep at he legs. The front of the seats measure about 18 inches high. They are a full welded solid chrome frame with fiberglass. These are not Herman Miller but represent the style well. No cracks but they will need a good cleaning. The chrome has a little patina that a scourunf pad will take out. some fine chairs! they have been through years of use and are holding up good. all have the paper label and double triangle marks. prior owner drilled holes in bottom and used them on the patio for years. before that they were in a barber shop in a small upper michigan town. they are in ironwood michigan right now on the wisconsin border by lake superior and that is where they would have to be picked up. at this auction no shipping local pick up only. the holes should be an easy fix with jb weld because that is about the same color as these chairs and is a good epoxy. the photos are the best description. they do have some wear and on 2 of them a corner on bottom behind where the knee sits is a small stress spot that could be looked into but they all perform well and you hardly ever have the chance to hbuy a whole set of grey ones at one time. ... moredont be afraid to send an offer.

For your consideration a very hard to find 1960's modernist"Acorn Deluxe'Porcelainized' Fireplace" Made of steel with a white and black. Splatter, baked porcelain finish. The condition is very good. There are no dents or chips to the finish. It is a recent estate purchase from a doctors home in the Boston area. It was in the master bedroom of the house and hadn't been used in some time. It measures about 37-1/2 inches tall by 24-1/2 wide by 21 deep. The fire box is about 23 inches wide by14 deep. The weight is approximately 80 pounds. It is designed to sit on the floor on its cantilevered legs as close as 6 inches from any wall. Included with the stove is a 12" section of pipe with a damper in it and a round two piece collar for a masonry wall or brick chimney installation. For sale is my beautiful Zody office chair from Haworth. The chair is in excellent condition. Showing very little wear. I dare to say it is in much better condition than any of the other zody chair listings here on ebay. This is the premium version with the polished aluminum swivel base, not the cheap painted version. In addition this chair features all of the available ergonomic features, including the lower pelvis support and the 50/50 split horizontal and vertical adjustable lumbar support structure, that most other chairs listed on ebay are missing! In addition this chair features the fully adjustable armrest upgrade, allowing the perfect ergonomic adjustment for every body size. These armrests do not only adjust vertical in height, you can also rotate them in and out plus slide them forward, backwards, inward and outward! The seat cushion ... morealso has a forward backward slide adjust. The seat is height adjustable, can recline or be locked in position. Furthermore the reclining resistance is adjustable via a little crank. The seat cushion is trimmed in a nice business suit like grey fabric, while the backrest features a grey mesh fabric, allowing a little bit of a see through. All plastic parts are in a nice light grey hue matching the fabric. The chair comes with an additional fabric trim backrest cover that fits right over the mesh backrest. This chair is awesome, extremely comfortable, and ergonomically better than most other chairs on the market. The built quality and material quality is by far better than the Herman Miller Aeron chair, plus it looks better and is much more comfortable than the Aeron chair. My chair is used, but in excellent condition. There are a few light scratches in the swivel base from resting the feet on the base, not bad at all, just normal wear. There is a little stain on the cushion visible in the picture, but I will wash it out before I ship out the chair. The mesh fabric has no defects at all since this chair was never abused.
