I'm not sure what the Herman Miller color is but it looks like a majority of the Miller Aerons I've ever seen. The pictures show the seat mesh in place- I will include that if you want it. It isn't ruined. But there are two"runs" and a smudge where something got on it. You can toss the mesh, use it, or sell it as you wish. The pad is in place but the backing was never removed from the double-stick tape it came with so it can easily be removed if you want to. This table is hard to find and expensive! 1908-1986) was an important modernist whose work cut across the fields of interior. Industrial and exhibition design. Nelson studied architecture at Yale University in the 1920s, and in the next two decades earned a strong reputation as a writer on design for Architectural Forum, Interiors and Fortune. In 1945 Nelson began a long association with the Company of Zeeland. Michigan, where as head designer he developed an innovative line of furniture and commissioned new designs from others. His first commission was Isamu Noguchi`s biomorphic glass-topped coffee table, which began production in 1947, the first of many designs that the sculptor would create for Herman Miller in the late Forties. Very nice fibers and the chair is beeautiful. Shock mounts are the large ones and are firmly attached. From measuring the seat height of 14-14.5" This is the lower height. The medium height was 16 inches and my guess the higher one was 18 inches. On its underside this chair the original red label(see picture) retains its early red and black colors. A beautiful lot of original 1961 Eames for Herman Miller Sideshells on their original stacking bases that came out of the storage of an old finance company in Georgia. Included are two navy blue. Two parchment, two yellow, two moss green, two navy blue, and one orange. These are beautiful shells! On the bases there are a total of only three missing glides. Not bad out of 36! you are bidding on a set of six chairs designed by charles eames for herman miller. they retain their original early labels. these were purchased from the estate of the original owners and not an assembled set. the white wire shells are in great shape having been protected by the pads. there are no broken welds or repairs. the pads are generally worn throughout as pictured. the rare swivel contract bases are all in great shape and perfect working order. all of the original glides are there. aside from needing to be cleaned up a little when the pads are removed. This auction is for one set of four vintage Herman Miller fiberglass shell chair stacking bases. These bases fit wide mount shell chairs. The Herman Miller fiberglass shell seats that were removed from these bases were dated"AUG 23 1957" All four bases are solid. Cosmetically. The finish has surface corrosion and wear. Replacement Left Arm for Embody Office Chair By Herman Miller
This is the left arm for a Herman Miller Embody chair. This arm was replaced under warranty. But I found out that it stopped working just because the pin had wiggled out and wouldn't tip in/out. The pin has been pushed back in and works great now. Does not include soft arm pad. Includes mounting screws.
