vtg mid-century herman miller fiberglass chair w/alexander girard fabric
up for auction is this great vintage mid-century era herman miller fiberglass with fabric front chair.it is in good vintage shape.there are a few slight scratches on the fiberglass.some where to the metal legs.and the fabric has begun to sag a lil and has some slight staining and fading.it just needs to be reglued down.normal wear in tear for this style of chair.with a lil talc this would make a great addition to anyones collection.good luck

The rich wood grain finish is uniform throughout with no real issues aside from signs of natural aging/grazing to the finish. All rubber shock mounts appear original and are secure without cracking or damage evident, all zinc hardware is intact and accurate to Evans production. Charles and Ray Eames for Herman miller lounge chair and ottoman 670/671. This is an earlier example from 1960-65 chair has early tag with silver clips and thin plastic backing on cushions. Has the desirable Rosewood shell and is in very good vintage condition with black leather goose/duck down filling in cushions. Chair is all original and in great shape very minor wear to shell with normal wear to leather has original glides very stable no structural issues. The ottoman is also in great shape has original glides the leather cushion has been replaced at some point and there are some old chips around edges that were filled in at some point there is a photo of one area.
