This was used in someone's home. Not in an office. Has it's matching box which was used to store rubber bands which is how it survived. Box was manufactured by the Belmont Paper Box Company, Brooklyn NY. Two patent numbers on the underside of the stapler. One was registered in 1940 and the other was registed in 1943.
