This Vintage Wicker Baby Doll carriage is in good condition. It does show age appropriate ware and tare to it. The wicker on the carriage is still in tack. No holes or damages present as pictured. It has an adjustable hood which flips two ways and an adjustable head rest. The inside of the carriage is in good condition as pictured. The metal frame is still in tact but does have rust present. The wheels are as pictured and the foot brake does not work needs an adjustment. Its rare design was purposed for gentlemen with means as a way to relieve the pain of gout by lifting the foot at the ankle while not touching the foot. It is made of solid wood(I believe it to be walnut) With two handles on either end for easy positioning so as not to touch the foot, four carved wooden legs, and a straw padded tapestry or rug covered body. Here, this rust toned rug is edged with ornate trim and round tacks. I can not say whether it is the original rug or not though it certainly coincides with the time period. There is relatively minor wear on this piece for its age with some varnish wear, what looks like ... morelathe holes in the ends of the handles, some wear on the bottoms of the legs, and a superficial crack in the base that is not deep nor does it compromise the structure or stability of the footstool. Its as sturdy as ready to use today as it was over a hundred years ago. The rug is still in good shape, all tacks are present, and trim is in great condition. The footstool is a great historical piece for the collector with an interesting medical background. Similar pieces have sold for up to $250.00 in the past few months. This is in good condition with the normal dings and scratches but brass will polish up superbly if that’s the look you prefer. The one attachment end is stuck on and I left it that way because it would be in that position anyway for instillation. If it to long for your project you could always cut it to the size you need. This is about 61 ¾” long x about 1 ½” in diameter. I would guess this is from the early 1900s but surly no later than the 1940s. The shipping is high because of the weight and the size box that must be used but I’d have no problem if you wanted to pick it up to save on the shipping cost. I have up for sale a wonderful circa late 1800s Victorian Era Fancy Cast Iron Base Footstool. The castings are ornate and the paint appears to be the old original. The stool measures approx 14" square on the base. Approx 12" square on the top. The upholstery is older, I do not think it is the original but its older. It should be reupholstered and repadded. It has a scalloped top. And measures approx 14" x 14" x 7-1/4" tall and weighs about 9 lbs 10 ounces as you see it. The 14" is the base measurement, the top upholstered part is approx 12" across. The fancy cast base is quite beautiful. The paint appears to be original. Its with out question very old. The cast iron is in excellent shape, I notice one small crack, that has a repair on the back. This is a subtle crack that is only noticed when viewing with ... morescrutiny. My last few pics show the crack. In summation, this is an extremely minor imperfection and does not in any way compromise the structural integrity. For sale is a very cool antique red velvet footstool. This spool style foot rest is made of wood and covered in red velvet. It appears to some kind of velvet like fabric attached to it. This footstool measures approximately 18" long. 9/2" tall and 5" deep(measured at the tubular part) I am not sure what kind of wood this is made from. Mid-Century orange vinyl hassock footrest with brass tone adjustable stand. The top is very firm and hassock is sturdy. Great to relax your feet or to sit on. Can be stored under a coffee table and easy to handle and move. There is a small section by cording that a few stiches are loose or stretched but very minor. Overall very good condition. Top measures 17.5" by 14" by 3" When hassock is at the lowest height it measures 11" H. When adjusted to its highest at a 15" tilt. A great piece to add to mid-century style decor. Antique Solid Brass Modernist Design Shoe Shine Stand Foot Rest 15 1/2" Tall
From the early 20th century we have a very modernist design shoe shine stand. This is from the era where the barber shop and shoe shine stands were an important social meeting place as well as just for grooming. Well. Who wouldn't want their shoe shine man to have the finest looking stand? This is 4 pounds 13 ounces of solid brass measuring 15 1/2" tall and with a 4 5/8" diameter base. My friend purchased this at an Antique Show in Los Angeles decades ago. An avid shoe collector. She always thought she would make this into a lamp. Good idea, but it never happened. This is in excellent condition with no flaws of any kind that we can find. You can always give it a better polish if you don't love the patina. I will be happy to answer any questions and. Here we have a great Machine Age industrial stool. This stool has a great look with two foot rests. One above the other. The stool seat adjusts as high as about 31 1/2 inches tall and as low as about 26 inches. The seat is about 14 inches in diameter and the lower foot rest is about 18 1/2 inches in diameter. As always this item can be picked up locally for free to save on the shipping cost. A nice antique wood slab 3-leg stool. The seat roughly 10" in diameter by 11"tall and a 1 1/2" rough cut sawn slab. Stands about 11 inches tall. Legs look to be hand shaved. Nice overall with some wear, no apparent damage, legs have a slight wiggle. Top has a minor split but is very solid. Look at pics and ask questions. Just minor ware for the age. dings and scratches just adds to the look.

Antique Buggy Sleigh Carriage Model A T Auto FOOT REST WARMER Clark Coal Heater
I have up for sale a wonderful vintage original circa later 1800s to early 1900s CLARK HEATER fancy cast iron embossed end sections COAL burning Foot Warmer Footrest. Primarily used as a foot warmer for Horse Drawn Buggies. Sleighs, Cutters, Carriages, or early automobiles- it can also be used to heat any small area- and was also used in homes- even as a bed warmer. The particular example is a very early model as indicated by the fancy cast iron side sections. I would surmise that it would date to the later 1800s. It weighs approx 10 lbs 8 ounces. And measures approx 15" long by 7" wide, approx 5" tall. It is in very very good condition- great shape if you consider its age and how it was used. There are indications of normal light use wear but nothing significant. Although extremely subtle and off No structural impact. I notice ... morea fine 1/2" hairline, at the 12 O'Clock position, located at the top- one the side that has the fancy writing- where it has the words THE CLARK HEATER. You have to look with much scrutiny before you will even notice this. One of the wire handles is missing, and there is some normal light wear as one would expect.
