Golden Oak Antique C-Roll-top Desk with One 4-Drawer Bank and FREE Desk Chair
This is a good looking golden oak desk with one four drawer bank of drawers on the right. It measures 36" wide. 43" high, and 28" from front to back. It is mostly solid oak accept the upper sides are veneered. In the picture the rich golden oak stain and grain is evident. There are three slits on the side-left where the veneer has buckled, and a mark on the intact upper right side of the desk that has a slight black discoloration. There are a few chips on the inside right of the roll-top side that has occurred, otherwise the desk is clean and rich in style. There are two interior 9.5" drawers at the upper desk with numerous open compartments. The four larger drawers measure 10" wide by 20" deep. The original key is included that works for the roll-top only. The lock may not be aligned properly and I haven't ... morelocked the desk for a while. The side and back panels in the lower section are clean and solid. The desk is on casters. If you choose to use a laptop on it, there is plenty of room. For this stunning and spectacular example of a classic all time favorite desk. This piece was so beautiful, and complete, I just had to have it. I had never seen one so complete, so large, and in such good condition. I bought it from an antique dealer in San Diego who specialized in fine oak furniture. It has been in my possession since then and never refinished or damaged. The cane desk chair that is included, has been re-caned, but otherwise as purchased. Description Antique concierge desk and chair dating from the Victorian period. The desk is made from mahogany and is constructed with dovetail jointing throughout. It has two drawers on the inside with brass lion face ring pulls. On top is a writing slope with sections allocated for ink wells either side of a pen rest section. it is wonderfully simple in style with inlaid string wood banding along the front in the style of Eastlake with tapering legs. Measurements are 36" wide by 18" deep by 18" tall. The chair is made from a walnut which again is Eastlake in style with a woven sampler seat. 1950's Vintage Collectible School Desk and Chair with Cubby
Envoy- American Seating Company- Grand Rapids Michigan- Made in the USA. It's not in the best shape. But who is when you're over 50 years old? It's cleaned up. I even removed all the gum underneath the desk. Probably should have left it for nostalgia! Bottom is a little rusted and the back rest has a chip out of the wood. Other than that, it's not bad! Original Vintage Rare 1930s Mickey Minnie Mouse Desk Table Rocking Chair
The solid desk top measures 27 x 19.5 x 25.75 tall. The top has been scratched. Gouged, filled and repainted. The Minnie and Mickey Mouse sides are made of plywood and have their original paint. The paint has some age cracks, paint chips and some discoloration. The feet have missing pieces of the layered plywood and new pieces should be cut and glued in to fill the voids. The rocker has its original paint which has stains. Age cracks, edge wear, paint chips and the Minnie side has more of the previous damage than the Mickey side. This rocker is missing numerous pieces of plywood but mostly on the rockers. There is one broken rocker but the broken off piece is present. I believe if this rocker is to be used, it should have new rockers cut and attached to the insides of the old rockers for strength. Mid Century Modern ATOMIC Olive Green Vinyl Steelcase Office or Desk Side Chair& WHEELS Circa 1960's FLAT RATE GREYHOUND BUS SHIP $90 Fabulous Mid Century Modern Olive Green Vinyl Steelcase Office or Desk Side Chair This cool chair has an olive green vinyl or Naugahyde fabric seat and back. The black form back is thick rubber plastic. Made by the Office Furniture giant Steelcase. Known for their quality made products. Including this awesome chair. Standing on an atomic 4 beam chrome metal leg base with silver metal feet. ALSO INCLUDED ARE A SET OF 4 ROLLING CASTER WHEELS. They are aluminum steel in a chrome finish. We have not attached the wheels as the will pop on and we fear we cannot remove them easily. You will receive both sets. Tips and Wheels! Some scratches are seen on the rubber backing and also on the chrome metal finish ... moreof the base from vintage age and use. The chrome metal has darkened with age and looks dark gray. The green Naugahyde has a couple of paint spots from the previous owner. see pic) There are two dark pen or similar marks that have very tiny holes at the mark(see pic) A bit of surface dust and dirt. NOTE: One very rusted screw has broken off from the seat bracket while dismanteling preparing for ship. It is stuck on the chair bottom. Selling as-is. We feel that the connection with the other 3 newer(non-rusted) screws is safe and strong enough to use this chair. The cushion is firm and very comfortable. The chair swivels. Vintage Heywood Wakefield Hey Woodite Solid Plastic School Desk w/ Chair
I can't be the only one who remembers these. This one has a chipped corner on the desk top and some staining. The metal body and chrome legs have minor rust. But the set is sturdy overall. The desk is 24" by 18" and 22" high. The chair seat is about 13 1/2" high. We are buyers. Sellers and traders. We work in the Bucks County Pennsylvania area. I do not currently have a showroom. Art Deco Stool Storage Bench Singer Sewing Machine Piano Desk Chair Mid Century
This is a pretty nice stool that came with a Singer Sewing machine. It is art deco style and probably from that period but since it has simple straight lines it will look great in a mid century decor. It is in very good condition. The contents you see in the second picture do not come with it, just the stool. It has original finish and original vinyl seat cover which matches the front and back side. His grandfather operated a chair factory in Marbletown, New York, and it is evident that B. L. took an early interest in chairs. At the age of fourteen B. L. was working at The B. J. Wheelock Company in Bedford. And in 1872 he became superintendent of The Taylor Chair Company. He left Taylor Chair in 1885 to form a new company with A. L. Shattuck- The Marble and Shattuck Chair Company. In 1894 Mr. Marble formed his own company. This was the beginning of the B. L. Marble Chair Company. Vintage Herman Miller Eames Aluminum Group EC228 Secretarial Desk Chair RARE
For auction is one rare Herman Miller model EC228 secretarial swivel chair with its original beige wool-blend upholstery. This one of the more uncommon pieces from their Aluminum group collection and was probably produced in the early to mid-1970s. The fabric is in excellent condition and has been professionally cleaned. The foam is in excellent condition as well. The entire chair has been cleaned and detailed top to bottom. And the casters have been re-lubricated and roll smoothly. There is one small scratch noticeable on the back near the upper left. The aluminum base has some of those dark oxidation splotches common to these vintage Eames chairs, and I have provided a photo of the most noticeable. STUNNING ANTIQUE OAK ROLLTOP DESK w/ ORIGINAL CHAIR FROM POST OFFICE
Here is a nice antique rolltop desk with original chair. The desk is in nice shape with some wear on front of the work surface. Everything else has some light nicks here and there but overall in great original shape. The chair looks great and comes with the casters but one of the caster studs is bent so i have them in the drawer. I believe this was used in a post office many years ago.
