For sale is a vintage Perma Power Color Gun Killer. Model T-101. It was l eft behind by my late father in his radio and television test equipment. He was a repairman for much of his life. And this was packed away in his electronics supplies. It appears to be new and un-used, however it was not in the original box, so I am not able to guarantee that it is brand new. I will have to sell it as-pictured and"as-is, since I have no knowledge of testing any of my father's equipment. The main part of this unit has three switches on the back side. Rare Vintage Lamotte Water Testing Kit Cherry Box Original Bottles - 870
This handsome cherry wood box contains two bottles of chemicals needed to test the quality of water. Perhaps it was owned by a local ag agents who carried it around to his neighbors to test their water. The Lamotte Company was started in 1919 in Baltimore. Where it still produces water and soil testing kits. This rare kit probably dates from the 1930s to 40s judging by the logo and type fonts used on the label. The thick walled box has metal fasteners to securely hold the top closed. The top fits down on two raised pegs. The tester kit has the original glass bottles, one with a glass stopper and the other with a rubber eyedropper. The label on the eyedropper bottle reads“Special Soap Solution, La Motte Chemical Products Co. Baltimore, MD, Poison” The glass bottles stand 3 ½ inches from the base to the lips of the bottles. They are 1 ... more½ inches round at the bottom. The solid cherry box measures 5 ¾ inches tall. 4 ½ inches wide and 2 inches deep. It weighs a little over 1 pound. There are no scratches or flaws in the wood.
