This is a Larcan 1KW power amplifier module. Removed from service at a local TV station due to the analog shutdown. We've had a lot of questions about these amps. You can find this information at It is designed to provide 20dB of gain at 76- 88 MHz: 10W in gets you 1000W out PEP for SSB. In the 6m amateur band(50- 54 MHz) Unmodified, it will provide 15dB of gain- 10W in gives approximately 300W out. By changing some capacitors and removing some jumpers. It can generate the full 20dB gain. If modified, you should derate the output to 600W for FM operation.
