John Deere 1207 Mower Conditioner Haybine 7 foot cut hay mower NO RESERVE
UP FOR AUCTION JOHN DEERE 1207 MOWER CONDITIONER NO RESERVE I used this mower last year and it broke at the end of second cutting. The nut came off the lower gear box that drives the cutter bar. The upper pully has a rubber damper that is also bad. I believe. But I am not sure, that this would mow again with just this little bit repaired. The rolls have missing rubber on them but seemed to crimp and dry the hay OK. I had tack welded the ends of the rolls to the bearings because they would not hold and rolls would go out of time. If you have this same mower this would be good for parts. This mower sold as is. Good Luck and thanks for looking.

New Holland 492 hay mower conditioner - 9ft cut, stub guards - used last year
You are viewing a used New Holland model 492 mower conditioner I have for sale. I bought this at a local farm auction. The farmer that sold it used it last year and it worked great mowing his hay. It cuts a swath 9 feet wide and it has two rubber coated rollers that condition the hay as it passes through them. It has a good looking sickle and stub type guards. I hooked it to my tractor when I got it home and engaged it and it runs very. Very smoothly. It just sits there and hums. The belts and sprockets all look good and the whole thing looks to have been well taken care of. It is missing some of the rubber on the top roller. The farmer stated that it had lost the rubber pieces. But it still did a good job mowing. I checked with my local New Holland dealer and a new top roller is between $1500.00 and $1700.00 depending on freight to get it ... morehere. The bottom roller looks excellent, I have no idea why the top roller lost the rubber when it did. The local dealer said that it happens sometimes, but that there was no need to replace the bottom roller, it is in very good condition. If it does not sell on here, I am going to replace the top roller myself, or just use it the way it is. There is a tag on the side that reads that the serial number is 825275 and it is a model 492. You might check with your local dealer and see what kind of price he can give you on a new roller. If you look online, these mowers sell for between $4000 and $8000.00. I am selling this one cheap enough that you can install a new roller and still have a bargain of a mower. It is in very good condition except for the top roller. I towed it home behind my pickup 40 miles and it pulled great at 60 mph. The bearings and tires are good. If you don't want to tow it home. You are bidding on a New Holland 451 sickle mower with a 7' bar. It is in 100% ready to go condition. It has a great sickle. Really good guards, and the inside and outside shoes are in really good shape. It has a new belt. The pto shaft, pto shaft guards, and u-joints are in good condition. All of the pivot points throughout the machine are in really good shape. I take advantage of a machine like this when I get one in and mow my banks and anything that requires a lot of angle out of the bar. This is what you call a balanced head machine. Which means that it will cut in any position. It is in shape and is absolutely ready to go cut hay. If you are looking at this mower, you might have already been to your local dealership and found that they are not scared to ask $2000 to $2500 for one similar to this that is more than likely a worn out ... moretrade-in. I have personally gone through this machine, used it, and it will no doubt be one of the smoothest running machines that I sell in 2013. The section shown in picture# 10 is the condition of the entire sickle. Take a good look at picture# 7. You will see a bracket with a pulley bolted to it and a cable running around the pulley. This bracket has been broken off or is almost broken off, on 50% of the mowers that I buy, as well as the bracket shown at the center of the picture that has the large spring attached to it. I am basically pointing this out because the ones on this machine are not and have never been broken. This mower is in really good condition. I keep about ten or twelve feet on each side of my lane and about five acres mowed down real nice. I let it grow up to about five to seven inches tall and I cut it down to about three inches tall with these mowers. I am pointing this out because if you have ever used a sickle mower. I let it grow up to about five to seven inches tall and I cut it down to about three inches tall with these mowers. I am pointing this out because if you have ever used a sickle mower. You know that it is not an easy task to get one to cut grass that is only five inches tall. When you have one that will cut like that, it makes it very versatile. Vermeer TM800 trail mower. I bought this mower new in 2007. It is a very good mower. The only thing that is wrong with the mower is the plastic shield over the PTO is damaged. I had my lift arms to low and it hit the shaft. It does not affect the operation of the mower. It has a 10.5 foot cut. Hesston 1120 9ft cut hay mower conditioner - Fiat Agri, Agco
You are viewing a used Hesston brand mower conditioner I have for sale. I bought this at a local auction from a neighbor. It has a 9 ft cutting width and has a rubber top roller and a bottom steel roller to condition and crimp the hay to make it dry faster. You also can adjust the rear shields to windrow the hay if you want to. There is a plate on the side that reads serial#1120-91575. It runs on standard 540 pto. It is not shown in the photos. But I have the end of the pto for it, I pulled it out to haul it home so it didnt get lost. The mower looks in good condition. There is one place on the end of the rubber roller where there is a chunk of rubber missing- see the last photo- but the rest of the rollers look very good. I bet they ran a piece of wood or a deer antler in there and it hit the rubber. It needs a new sickle. They broke the ... morehead of the sickle the last time they used it. And it will need to be replaced. I think the main part of the sickle is fine, it just needs the head where it bolts to the wobble box- see the second to last photo. I have a local Hesston dealer where I can get a sickle for it if you want me to, but you pay the cost of the part. The tires are good on the machine. I pulled it home and it pulls smoothly down the road. The tounge rotates over to the middle for transport so it follows behind your truck on the road. I would not be afraid to pull it home. But if you need it loaded, I have a crane we can pick it up with and set it on a truck or trailer. You are welcome to come look it over. I plan to use it in the field this year if it does not sell before then. The price will be higher if I replace the sickle. Laminated roll has one piece of laminated roll that is popping out(see picture) other than that the rolls are okay. Knives and guards are rusty, but has been sitting blocked up not buried in the dirt. I did take a picture of a drive chain that looks like it has come off, maybe that's why it was parked? I'm really not sure as I know very little about the functionality other than it did work at one time. New Holand Sickle bar mower trailer style, Hay cutter
I have a New Holand trailer style sickle bar mower that I no longer need. I bought it from an estate this past spring we were told it has not been used in two years. Since we bought it we found a tractor mounted sickle and are using that instead of this one. The only problem I know of is it needs one new hydraulic hose for the lift cyl. The bar is seven foot cut with hydraulic raise and lower it is PTO drive and takes very little horse power to operate. Buyer must pay Pa sales tax and pick up in Pennsburg Pa 18073, payment due in 7 days and pick up with in 10 days unless prior arrangements have been made. Sold as is with now warranty and no returns. I have a loader here and can load on your truck or trailer. Paper money at pick up is my favorite.

Up for sale is a Krone AM 242 disc mower. I used this mower to cut 20 acres for the last few years. Previous owner used it for about the same. I bought this mower knowing some history of it. It's not some wore out piece at the dealer. Now for the specs; it is a 5 disc mower making it little over 7' cut. Having 5 discs it can be pulled with a low hp tractor. I used it on a 45hp with ease. Although 35hp is lowest I'd think would operate it. It doesn't leak any fluid whatsoever. The bearings are very tight with good blades. It's ready to go. I cut about an acre with it last week. Only reason I'm selling is I've taken on more hay ground an bought a bigger tractor and mower. Due to weight local pickup is the only option. I will load on your trailer. Listing a Six Foot Cut Deutz Fahr Drum Mower. Three Point Mount. PTO Driven. We used this mower as a backup for our small hay operation if/when our main mower went down. It works great, mows through any type of hay and can be used at a higher speed than most mower conditioners. It needs at least a 50hp tractor to carry/run the mower correctly. The two drums on the bottom of the mower ride across the field while mowing and have easily replaceable small blades. Mower is great for irregular fields or uneven ground. Apologize for the poor picture; have the mower stashed in the corner of the barn but can easily get it out/load it on your trailer.
