I have a flex wing land pride finish mower for sale. Model AFM4016. 16' cut. this is a finish mower( not a bush hog type) mainly used for large area cutting where a finish look is desired. it does a serious job of cutting and your yard will look like a golf course when you are done. that is mainly where these are used) it is used for large area mowing of 5 acres or more. you can cut 5 acres in less than an hour with this equipment. i bought this from the second owner. i need a smaller one. this was just too large for me to get around on my property. on a scale of 1- 10 the condition is 8 1/2 to 9. it has the high lift blades added. no missing parts and everything works. it was purchased new here in central kentucky. if you have a lot of 5 acres or more and want to do some serious mowing. And have used it to cut about 7 acres of yard on our small sheep/llama farm in northwest Indiana. The new blades cost about $400, and only have one season on them. I am only selling this because we are enclosing some of our yard for more pasture for the animals. Land Pride FDR 1672 - 72" finish mower
This mower is in good condition. It cuts evenly and operates quietly. It does have normal wear from being used, but overall is in good shape. A great deal considering these 72" Land Pride mowers have a great reputation and are very expensive to buy new. Runs on 540 pto. We used it last year and all of this year but are selling the tractors that pull it. The little tractor we have remaining will not be strong enough. I have a very nice Land Pride FDR1660 rear discharge finish mower pto 3 point attachment for sale. I purchased it brand new this March 2014 to get ready for the spring mowing season. It was the perfect size for my old tractor. But it is not wide enough to cover the tracks on my new larger tractor, so I must sell it to make room for a much larger unit. I have only used the mower to mow a couple of acres three times or so since I got it if I recall. The unit works perfectly like a new one and I have all the manuals and pto shaft included. John Deere model 261 5' 3 point finish mower. Works good has always been kept in side. A few marks on the sides from normal use. Overall condition is very good. Includes owners manual and an extra set of blades. This mower is much heavier than most of the ones that are purchased through dealers such as Rural King. Im not sure of the year of manufacture but it has not seen very much use. The original owner said he used it a couple of years on ~1.5 acres then bought a zero turn. There are some dents and scrapes from use. Rear caster wheels still work, but the rims are bent(they are hard tires) and works as is. Mows well. This unit needs a couple of the rollers and the blades sharpened but is in overall good shape. The gearboxes are in good shape and the cylinders work properly and do not leak.
