Alamo 15' Batwing Mower / Cutter! Hydraulic Fold, 540 rpm Pto, NO RESERVE!
Up for auction is a used Alamo 15' batwing rotary mower cutter. 540 rpm pto drive. hydraulic fold. stump jumper pans. I have video of us using this mower. We hooked this unit up to our tractor and ran it for about an hour. It works good. Gearboxes are smooth. Cuts level, mows good. Hydraulics work good. Takes 3 hydraulic remotes to operate as is. One for each wing to be independently controlled and one raise and lower the mid section. The hydraulic cylinder on the middle section is leaking and will probably need a rebuild before too long but it works as it is. This is a used unit with wear and tear consistent with it's purpose and age. Unit has had a paint job at some point in the past. A ... morecouple minor rust spots but no major damge. Gear boxes are clean and no evidence of leaking. We checked oil levels in gear boxes and they were all full before we used it. We greased all the u-joints as well on the drive shafts. 2011 Lastec 120ER The Mower has less than 100 hrs on it. Cost $17.000 new and used for 1/2 of one season in 2012 and has been sitting because the Golf course closed. The tires do not appear to have any wear on them at all so I will say that they are at 95% There is still paint on the blades. The paint on the decks is faded a little and it has some surface rust. One mount on the wheels is a little bent but does not hurt the functioning at all. I have not painted the mower but I did touch up some scratches and some places where the paint had chipped. Please look at the photos- I removed the deck covers so that you can see how nice the mower is and that it is not all rusted under the covers. I mowed about 2 acres using my 35hp Kubota and it mowed beautifully. I see why the Golf courses use this mower. The county sold the unit because it was replaced with a new one, it does have some age and use on it but was not replaced because it was a problem or issue just received the funding to get a new one and did just that~ The paint is worn, faded/chipped, it has dings, dents and scratches all over, has a few welds cracked, a few holes or spots through the deck but overall is not in that bad of shape and will cut grass just as it sits, over time will need a little TLC and could stand a few things done to it now but the gear boxes/clutches are good, bearings, etc. still has some life left in it! This listing is for a Landpride AFM4211 11' batwing finish mower. This mower came from a golf course and was used to mow their fairways. This unit needs a couple of the rollers and the blades sharpened but is in overall good shape. The gearboxes are in good shape and the cylinders work properly and do not leak. This mower requires a minimum of 30 HP and a set of hydraulic outlets to raise and lower the wings. Maximum HP is 65. Local Pickup only. No shipping. 3710 Bushhog Batwing Mower
Bush hog mower 3710 Single side Batting I purchased this mower for a friend at weeks auction in ocala. Evidently they cannot use it because they're tractor is not large enough to pull it. You will need to pick it up from WEEKS AUCTION if you buy it. The rubber on the 2 center tires is tattered and you may want to replace. It has one of those high-dollar CV drive shafts.
