This was a salvaged motor from a moving warehouse rack system on rails. I took 9 of them and sold 8 so far. All are working motors and I test them with 12v in both directions before shipping. I have looked at the brushes in several of the motors and they were not fully seated yet indicating very little use. Motor comes with mount plate. Cord is varying length.
