Boston Gear Ratiotrol DC Motor Controller with Motor and reducer variable speed.
This is a Boston Gear Ratiotrol drive package including a Boston Gear model RB1 DC drive. A Boston Gear permanent magnet DC motor, and a Browning right angle speed reducer. All of this is mounted together. Basically plug it in to a 110 outlet, flip the switch and you're running with variable speed, as well as fwd. and rev. control. This setup is excellent for a small conveyor, mixer, hobbyist lathe, etc. The gearbox ratio is 20:1 and the motor is rated at 0- 1725 rpm, so the output shaft rpm is basically 0- 86 rpm. This setup is convenient because it is all unitized with the drive mounted right to it. Shipping will be paid by the buyer. Ships UPS ground. Please see my other auctions for more awesome deals.

This auction is for a slightly used Baldor permanent magnet 90 volt DC gear motor. The motor is approximately 7" inches long and 3 3/8" in diameter and runs at 62.5 revolutions per minute. It has a 5/16" 310" diameter shaft with a flat. The gear motor has a 40:1 gear ratio and 14 in/lbs of torque. It is rated as a continuous duty motor. The frame size is 20-FTA-0 and Spec no. is 30770. The best part is this motor was manufactured in the USA. It has a 4 hole mounting pattern and comes with 4 socket head cap screws. Washers and lock washers. The screws look like 10-32 x 1/2" long. My best guess. I don't think they are metric and measure.185" across the threads. It looks like the shaft is about 1 5/16" longer than the 2 mounting pads. The motor has no damage or defects.
